Terms of service
The rules for using the Portfolio Tracker app and the liquidityraiders.pl website.
Compared with version 4, in force from 15 to 24 October 2026, the changes are in sections 6 and 12: CSV statement import is unlimited on the Free plan, the Free plan includes one backtesting session and one prop firm account, and the tax return summaries (Poland, the USA, Germany, the United Kingdom) are part of Liquidity+.
This is an English translation. If it differs from the Polish version, the Polish version prevails.
1. General provisions
- These terms govern the use of the Portfolio Tracker web application at liquidityraiders.pl/portfolio (the “App”) and of the website liquidityraiders.pl (together, the “Service”).
- These terms are the rules referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
- The Service is provided by Maksymilian Kolber, e-mail: maksymiliankolber@outlook.com (the “Provider”).
- How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy policy.
- In these terms:
- User means a natural person using the Service;
- Account means a User’s account in the App, created with an e-mail address and password or with a Discord account;
- Demo account means a temporary account created without registration by choosing “Try the demo”, filled with sample data;
- User Data means information the User enters into the App, in particular income, expenses, debts, investments, vehicle data and trading journal entries;
- Free plan means the free scope of the services described in section 6.2;
- Liquidity+ means the paid scope of the services described in section 6.3;
- Subscription means an agreement to provide Liquidity+ for a fee, renewing automatically every month or every year;
- Plans launch day means the day from which the split into the Free plan and Liquidity+ applies, set in section 6.1.
2. The services
- The Provider offers the following services by electronic means:
- keeping an Account and storing User Data;
- a personal finance ledger: income and expenses, fixed costs, debts with a payoff plan, investments, cash and exchange rates, vehicle costs, a trading journal with backtesting sessions, and a record of prop firm accounts;
- calculations based on User Data, including net worth, payoff schedules, fuel consumption, trading results, risk capital, the “What if?” simulation, and helper summaries for tax returns in selected countries, including the Polish PIT-38 with currencies converted at National Bank of Poland rates, the US Form 6781 for Section 1256 contracts, the German Anlage KAP and the UK SA108;
- importing and exporting data as CSV;
- fetching instrument prices automatically;
- expense category suggestions on import from the Claude artificial intelligence model, provided by Anthropic PBC;
- the weekly review — a short summary of finances and trading written by the Claude model at the User’s request;
- signing in with a Discord account.
- From the Plans launch day the services are provided on the Free plan or on Liquidity+, as described in sections 6–8. Until that day all services are free of charge and available without the limits described in section 6.2.
- The App is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation concerning financial instruments. Results depend on the data the User enters. Exchange rates and instrument prices obtained from external sources may be delayed or inaccurate. The tax return summaries are only an aid — the User is responsible for the content of the tax return. The weekly review is text written automatically by an artificial intelligence model; it may contain mistakes and is not a recommendation.
- The Liquidity Raiders Discord server runs on the Discord platform and is subject to Discord’s terms. These terms do not cover it.
3. Technical requirements
- Using the Service requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript and local storage enabled, and — to create an Account — an e-mail address or a Discord account. Ordering a Subscription also requires a payment method available on the payment page, such as a payment card.
- Services provided over the internet carry the usual online risks, such as malware and phishing. The Provider never asks for your password or card details by e-mail or through a messaging app. Users should protect their password and access to their devices.
4. The Account
- The agreement for the services is concluded when the Account is created, which requires accepting these terms and reading the Privacy policy. It is concluded for an indefinite period.
- An Account may be created by a person aged 16 or over. A Subscription may be ordered by an adult.
- A Demo account is for trying the App. It can be turned into an Account at any time — with or without the sample data — which requires accepting these terms. A Demo account unused for 3 days is deleted automatically, together with its data.
- The User provides a genuine e-mail address and keeps the password confidential. The Provider may require the e-mail address to be confirmed.
- The User may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting the Account in the App (Preferences → Your data → Delete account) or by writing to the Provider’s e-mail address. Deleting an Account is irreversible and removes all User Data. A copy of the data can be downloaded first. Section 7.8 describes what happens to an active Subscription.
- The Provider may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice if it stops providing the services. It will inform the User in advance and allow a copy of the data to be downloaded. The fee for the unused part of a paid Subscription period will then be refunded.
- If a User persistently breaches these terms, in particular by the conduct described in section 5.2, the Provider may block the Account or terminate the agreement with immediate effect after an unheeded request to stop. No request is needed where the nature of the breach rules it out, e.g. an attack on the Service’s infrastructure.
5. Rules of use
- The User uses the Service in accordance with the law, these terms and good practice.
- In particular, it is prohibited to:
- provide unlawful content;
- attempt to access other people’s Accounts or data;
- disrupt the Service, including by excessive automated requests, vulnerability scanning, or bypassing security measures or plan limits, e.g. by creating further Accounts.
- The User starts category suggestions with a button on the import review screen. Only transaction descriptions are sent to Anthropic PBC — no amounts, dates or Account details — and the model may look an unfamiliar name up on the web. Suggestions can be wrong; the User can correct them before saving an import.
- The weekly review is written by the Claude model only when the User presses the button, at most once a day. Only aggregate figures are sent to Anthropic PBC — totals, rates, changes and spending by category — without transaction descriptions, names, instruments or Account details. The App keeps only the latest review.
6. The Free plan and Liquidity+
- The Plans launch day is 28 September 2026. Accounts created before the plans were introduced receive Liquidity+ for 3 months (section 6.4), so the Free plan’s limits can apply to them only after that period.
- The Free plan costs nothing and includes all services in section 2.1, with the following limits:
- trading journal — 20 new trades per calendar month; editing and deleting entries are not limited;
- backtesting — 1 backtesting session; the number of trades in the session is not limited;
- prop firm accounts — 1 account, closed accounts included;
- the tax return summaries (section 2.1(c)) are not available;
- instrument prices are entered by hand — automatic prices are not available;
- artificial intelligence category suggestions and the weekly review are not available.
- Liquidity+ removes the limits in section 6.2(a)–(e) and includes category suggestions — up to 1,500 transaction descriptions per calendar month — and the weekly review.
- Every new Account receives a 14-day Liquidity+ trial, without giving any payment details. Accounts created before the Plans launch day receive Liquidity+ for 3 months from that day. When these periods end, the Account moves to the Free plan at no charge, unless the User has ordered a Subscription.
- A Demo account shows the Liquidity+ features except category suggestions and the weekly review. A Subscription cannot be ordered for a Demo account.
- Liquidity+ ending does not delete or hide any User Data. The data stays available and a copy can be downloaded. Backtesting sessions and prop firm accounts created earlier beyond the limits in section 6.2(b) and (c) stay available and can still be used. Only adding new journal trades and creating further backtesting sessions and prop firm accounts, as described in section 6.2(a)–(c), and the features in section 6.2(d)–(f) are limited.
7. Subscription: ordering, payment and cancellation
- The Subscription price depends on the region:
- the European Union and the European Economic Area — 10 zł a month or 80 zł a year, or in euro €2.99 a month or €24 a year;
- high-income countries outside the European Economic Area as classified by the World Bank, including the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — US$5.99 a month or US$49 a year, in pounds £4.99 or £39, in Swiss francs CHF 5.90 or CHF 49;
- all other countries — US$1.99 a month or US$15 a year.
- The prices shown are final prices. The Provider is exempt from Polish VAT (Article 113(1) of the Polish VAT Act). The Provider issues a bill on the User’s request.
- A Subscription is ordered in the App (Preferences → Plan) by choosing the billing period, and then on the payment page run by the payment operator. The price, the billing period and the fact that the order involves an obligation to pay are stated next to the button that confirms the order. The agreement is concluded when the order is confirmed on the payment page. Confirmation of the agreement, together with these terms, is available in the App, and a payment confirmation is sent by e-mail.
- Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Dublin, Ireland. The available payment methods, such as a payment card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, are shown on the payment page. The User gives card details directly to the payment operator; the Provider does not receive them.
- The fee is charged in advance for each billing period. The Subscription renews automatically for further periods until the User cancels it. If the Subscription was ordered during a period described in section 6.4, the first fee is charged when that period ends.
- The User may cancel the Subscription at any time in the App (Preferences → Plan → Manage subscription) or by writing to the Provider’s e-mail address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; until then Liquidity+ keeps working, and no further fees are charged.
- If a fee cannot be collected, the payment operator retries, and Liquidity+ stays active for 7 days after the payment date. If payment still fails, the Subscription ends and the Account moves to the Free plan.
- Deleting an Account with an active Subscription ends it immediately and stops further fees. The fee for the current period is not refunded, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal (section 8). To keep Liquidity+ until the end of the paid period, cancel the Subscription first and delete the Account after that period.
- The Provider announces a price change by e-mail at least 30 days before it takes effect. The new price applies to billing periods starting after that day; a User who does not accept it may cancel the Subscription beforehand.
8. Right of withdrawal
- A User who is a consumer may withdraw from a Subscription agreement within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. The same right belongs to a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business, where the agreement shows it is not of a professional nature for them.
- To withdraw, it is enough to send a statement to the Provider’s e-mail address, for example using the model form in Annex 2 to the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014; using the form is optional. Sending the statement before the deadline is enough to meet it.
- The Provider refunds all payments received from the User without delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the statement, using the same payment method the User used, unless the User agrees to another method at no cost to them. The refund covers the whole amount paid, even if Liquidity+ was used before withdrawal.
- After withdrawal the Account moves to the Free plan, and User Data is left untouched.
9. User Data and liability
- The User retains all rights to User Data. The Provider processes it only to provide the services, as described in the Privacy policy.
- The Provider makes every effort to keep the Service running and secure, and backs up the database every day. Short technical interruptions, e.g. during updates, may nevertheless occur. The Provider recommends downloading a copy of the data from time to time.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for financial decisions made on the basis of data or calculations shown in the App, nor for the consequences of the User entering incorrect data. This does not exclude or limit liability towards consumers where the law does not allow it.
10. Complaints
- The Provider is responsible for the conformity of the services, including Liquidity+, with the agreement, under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
- Complaints about the Service, Liquidity+ and payments can be sent to the Provider’s e-mail address. A complaint should include the Account’s e-mail address and a description of the problem.
- The Provider handles a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and replies to the e-mail address it came from.
- A User who is a consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, such as a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or mediation by a regional Trade Inspection office. Information is available from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).
11. Changes to these terms
- The Provider may change these terms for valid reasons, in particular a change in the law, a change in the scope or manner of the services, or security.
- Users will be informed of a change in the App or by e-mail at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless the law requires it to take effect sooner.
- Continuing to use an Account after a change takes effect requires accepting the new version. A User who does not accept it may delete the Account; a User with an active Subscription may also cancel it before the change takes effect.
12. Final provisions
- These terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the country in which they habitually reside.
- Disputes are resolved by the common courts with jurisdiction under the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.
- These terms are available in Polish and English. If the versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
- Version 5 of these terms is in force from 25 October 2026. From 15 to 24 October 2026 version 4 applies, and until 14 October 2026 version 3 of 28 September 2026. Before 25 October 2026 the User may accept version 5 in the App; accepting it also accepts version 4. Sections 6–8 apply from the Plans launch day.
